Hunan Jihe Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 by a team of professors and doctoral graduates from the National University of Defense Technology who chose to pursue independent careers. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and production of civil radar technology under the new system. Adhering to the development philosophy of 'demand-driven and innovation-led,' the company focuses on transforming advanced military radar technology for application in civilian industries. Its primary product areas include geological disaster monitoring, structural health monitoring of buildings, foreign object detection on airport runways, and covert target detection. The company has achieved a series of innovative results and has participated in on-site monitoring tasks such as the landslide rescue on the Chengkun Line in Ganluo, Sichuan, earthquake rescue in Luding, Sichuan, landslide rescue in Zhenxiong, Yunnan, bridge collision monitoring in Lixinsha, Guangdong, and landslide rescue in Junlian, Yibin, Sichuan, thereby fulfilling its social responsibilities.

The head of R&D at the company holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, has completed postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, and is a researcher with a technical level of 6/civilian level of 3. He has received one second-class National Science and Technology Progress Award, three first-class Military Science and Technology Progress Awards, and three second-class Military Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has also been recognized three times for third-class merit and is acknowledged as a high-level talent in Changsha.
The core technical team comprises key personnel with extensive R&D experience from institutions such as the National University of Defense Technology and the University of Electronic Science and Technology. This team includes three Ph.D. holders in engineering, three master's degree holders, and three retired military personnel, all of whom have participated in numerous key national and defense R&D programs, model development projects, natural science foundations, and preliminary research initiatives, demonstrating robust research capabilities and extensive experience.
